New Parker Jotter Collection

Parker is one of those pen brands I feel like everyone has heard of, but not enough people talk about. Their jotter pen is undeniably a classic design that you'll recognise whether you're a pen nerd or not, and it has recently been given a makeover with some new additions to the collection inspired by some of Londons most iconic landmarks.

Today I have the new 'Victoria Violet' model to share with you. First I have to say how pleasantly surprised I was with the construction and quality. Obviously I knew it would be of a high standard with the sort of reputation Parker has, but from the quality of materials to the snug fit of the tip I was really pleased with how it felt. Their consistent quality is what gave them this reputation and there isn't much more I can say about this model of pen that hasn't already been said over the decades.

The Victoria Violet has a polished purple body that contrasts really well against the chrome trim and iconic arrowhead pocket clip. It comes supplied with a Parker blue medium ballpoint refill, which of course can be switched out to suit your preference. Almost any brand that creates pen refills will have one in the Parker format.

I think these new additions turned out really great, one of the standouts from the collection I think you should check out is the Tower Grey Diagonal. The end section of this model has a really awesome laser engraved striped design that looks fantastic.

And the price point on these pens is probably one of the best things about them. The basic "Core Range", which includes the featured Victoria Violet model in this post, has an RRP of £14 (approx. $17 USD). They also have a premium range with more in depth designs that has an RRP of £27 (approx $33 USD). Each Jotter pen comes in a presentation box that would make the perfect gift!

Huge thanks to Parker for supplying this sample.
